T&C's
1. All registration fees is purely to secure a seat and is not refundable under any circumstances. Students must enroll within one month (31 days) of paying registration fee. If the student does not enroll within 31 days, a re-registration fee will be required again.  

2. If the course duration is exceeded, a one month extension will be granted within which the course must then be completed. Failure to so, will result in a monthly extension fee of R995.00 to be paid.  

3. I understand that weekly/monthly payments should be made on or before the 7TH of every month.  

4. I understand that Itupskill (sanfm) reserves the right to change the course content without prior notice.  

5. Monies paid to Itupskill (sanfm) are not refundable under any circumstances.  

6. I accept that any monies paid to Itupskill (sanfm) by me towards my course are not transferable to any other party.  

7. I agree to pay all collection charges and commission calculated to the guidelines laid down from time to time by the Law Society of the Cape of Good Hope with all attorney and own client fees and disbursements in the event of you being obliged to institute legal proceedings against me for the recovery of an amount which is due by me in terms of this agreement to Itupskill (sanfm).  

8. I understand, that should I withdraw from the course without immediately enrolling for another course, then I, the student/ legal guardian/parent will be liable to pay 100% of the course fee.  

9. I agree that I will not divulge or communicate to any person or use or exploit for any purpose whatsoever any confidential information which may have come to my knowledge by reason of or in connection with the course I am doing.  

10. I will be responsible for any such damage to property or equipment etc. caused by me and I will be liable to pay for any damage or labour costs incurred. Failure to do so may lead to legal action.  

11. I am expected to demonstrate reasonable standards of conduct. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the campus forfeiting any refund.  

12. All students are required to carry and display their student cards with them at all times. Lost/stolen student cards are to be reported immediately and replacement student cards can be purchased at a cost of R50.00 per card.  

13. Transfers from one campus to another or to Distance Learning will constitute a transfer fee of R500.00.  

14. In the event of any branch closing down or relocating, all students will be transferred to the nearest campus without any additional costs or compensation.  

15. Fees charged by Itupskill (sanfm) excludes all internal, external and supplementary examination fees.  

16. Course material and study notes are recommended, but only supplied to students upon request and availability. Students will be billed accordingly.  

17. The guarantor of the above mentioned student agree, that by signature hereto, bind him/herself as surety and co-principle debtor with the aforementioned applicant for the due fulfillment of all his/her obligations in terms of this agreement including the payment of all course fees.  

18. Canceling any specific module within the course will not affect the price of the course whatsoever.  

19. All course materials are delivered via Computer Based Technology.  

20. This application is subject to acceptance by Itupskill (sanfm), and may not be cancelled once accepted by  Itupskill (sanfm)

21. Students can only proceed with exams on payment prior to exams.  

22. I understand that course fees, exam fees, graduation fees etc may change without prior notice.  

23. If required, all workshops are not include in course fee and is payable prior to the commencement. Workshops may not necessarily be hald at the hosting campus  

24. Certificates will only be issued on completion of Subjects and full payment of course.
